Beginning in 2007 all cruise-bound passengers are expected to have their passports even when going to the Caribbean Islands and back. Entering any of the South Florida Seaports includes several security checks and all clients are advised to carry their travel documents (passports, boarding passes) on their persons not in their luggage.

Sometimes there are hundreds (in case of cruise ships thousands) of people going to the same place (terminal) and it is not beyond belief that people can easily get lost. If there is anybody requiring special assistance (wheelchair or otherwise handicapped) we will provide adequate help (as long as we are informed ahead of time). Our drivers have all gone through intensive in-house training so that the clients passage is as smooth as possible, as long as we get all the required information ahead of time.

Prior to your arrival we should have your inbound party's (or yours) cell phone contact, and you will have your drivers cell phone as well. Cell phone numbers are always welcome and can help us serve you better.

As you can see this very website has left nothing to chance. We take every precaution every time to insure that your stay with us is delivered in a professional courteous manner, on time. With a little bit of your help there is every probability that your trip (or trips) will be smooth, free of traffic jams, free of waiting in line in front of the latest club/restaurant. Our in-house concierge service is free of charge to all out clients and will no stone unturned to make desired arrangements for you and your party. Our services are 24/7.
